Is booking required, or can guests walk in without a reservation?

A reservation is recommended but is not required for every Art Spa visit. Walk-in guests can be accommodated when the right room, therapist and service slot are available; a requested time is only secured after confirmation.

Visits that need more planning

Book ahead for a couple room, a long spa package or appointments for several guests at the same time. Couple packages require two therapists together, while the Signature Experience also involves bath and dining preparation. Herbal head spa and nail appointments should be checked at Art Spa 2 rather than assuming they are available at either branch.

A simple way to avoid a wasted trip

Contact us with your treatment choice, number of guests and desired start time before leaving your hotel. If your first choice is unavailable, ask whether another time or service would suit your schedule. Check the branch address in the reply and allow time for arrival. Sending a booking form is a request, so wait for the team to confirm the appointment details.
