Sharing your service, group size and preferred time in advance allows the team to check these details together. A confirmed appointment is more reliable than arriving at a busy time and expecting every service to be immediately available.

How to change an existing reservation

Send your booking name, original date and time, and the change you need through the same contact channel used to book. Ask about any deposit, cancellation deadline or charge that applies to your particular booking; do not assume an automatic refund or a free late cancellation. If requesting another time, wait for a revised confirmation before treating the new slot as reserved.
