FAQ
How do I book an appointment at Art Spa Hoi An?
You can request an Art Spa Hoi An appointment through the website booking form or contact our team using the WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, telephone or LINE buttons. A booking is confirmed after the team checks availability and replies with your appointment details.
Information to include in your request
Provide your name, contact details, number of guests, preferred date and time, and the treatment or package you want. Select the branch shown for that service. If booking a couple package, state that both guests will receive the treatment together and mention any differences in massage pressure preferences.
Review the confirmation before your visit
Check the final service, duration, branch address, price and start time in the reply. The therapist preference on the form is optional and carries a stated 7% fee when selected. If your plans change, contact the same team as early as possible with your booking name and original appointment time so they can help check a new arrangement.
Which branch is closest to Hoi An Ancient Town?
Art Spa 1 at 37 Nguyen Phuc Tan is convenient for visitors in the An Hoi and Ancient Town area. However, the closest branch depends on your exact starting point, and the right branch also depends on your chosen service.
Location and service availability are different questions
Art Spa 2 is at 37/6 Le Quy Don and is the branch for couple packages, the Signature Experience, herbal head spa and nail services. Choosing a branch only because it appears nearer on a map may send you to the wrong location for your reservation.
How to confirm the best route for you
Send reception your hotel name or current landmark along with the treatment you want. The team can check the suitable branch and provide directions. Before leaving, compare the address in your booking confirmation with the map destination. If you have already booked and want to change branches, ask first so the room, service and therapist schedule can be checked.
Are walk-ins welcome?
Yes, walk-in guests are welcome at Art Spa Hoi An, subject to available rooms and therapists. A walk-in visit is most flexible when you can adjust your treatment choice or start time.
When booking ahead is the better option
Reserve in advance for a private couple package, the Signature Experience, herbal head spa or nail appointment, especially when your itinerary requires a specific time. Couple experiences need a suitable room and two therapists together; longer packages also need preparation time and a longer appointment slot.
Make a same-day inquiry before setting off
Tell the team how many guests are coming, which service you want and when you can arrive. Reception can check the correct branch and let you know whether your preferred appointment is available. If that time is full, ask about another time or a shorter service that fits your day. Wait for confirmation before assuming a same-day request is booked.
What Are Art Spa Opening Hours in Hoi An?
Art Spa Hoi An is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, local Vietnam time. Both branches use these opening hours, while appointment availability depends on the service, room and therapist schedule.
Allow enough time for the full treatment
A late visit needs to fit the complete service duration. For example, Romantic Couple Escape takes 90 minutes, Luxury Couple Retreat takes 170 minutes, and the Art Spa Signature Experience takes 220 minutes. Opening until 10:00 PM does not mean every long package can start shortly before closing.
Booking around your travel plans
Send your preferred start time and selected service to reception, especially if you have a tour, dinner reservation or airport transfer afterward. The team can confirm an available slot at the correct branch. If you are visiting without a booking, contact us before setting off when your time is limited, as a walk-in appointment depends on current availability.
Do You Offer Private Rooms for Couples?
Yes. Private couple rooms are available for the couple spa packages at Art Spa 2, 37/6 Le Quy Don. Mention that you want to receive your treatments together when making the reservation so the room and two therapists can be arranged.
What the couple room is used for
The couple service page describes a private spa suite with an en-suite bathroom and herbal bath. Romantic Couple Escape and Luxury Couple Retreat use this setting, with different treatment lengths and inclusions. Check the package description when deciding whether you want a shorter visit or a longer bath, massage and shampoo experience.
How to secure the arrangement
Include the package name, date, time and number of guests in your request. If you need a particular room setup or have preferences about the bath, ask the team before confirming. A general service inquiry does not by itself confirm a private room; wait for the booking confirmation and check that it specifies Art Spa 2.
Do You Accept Card Payments at Art Spa?
Yes. Art Spa accepts card payments, while cash is preferred. A card-related service fee may apply, so ask reception to confirm the accepted card and the final amount before paying.
Confirm the total for your chosen service
Check whether the displayed price is for one guest or for two guests. Our couple packages show a price for two, while other services follow their own menu description. Any optional treatment upgrade or request should be agreed with the team before it is added to your appointment.
What to ask before payment
If you plan to pay by card, tell the team at booking or check-in and ask about the applicable fee rather than assuming a fixed percentage. The booking form separately states a 7% fee for choosing a preferred therapist; this is an optional request and is different from a card payment fee. You can leave the therapist preference unselected if you do not have a preference.
