ART SPA HOI AN · GUEST QUESTIONS
How do I book an appointment at Art Spa Hoi An?
You can request an Art Spa Hoi An appointment through the website booking form or contact our team using the WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, telephone or LINE buttons. A booking is confirmed after the team checks availability and replies with your appointment details.
Information to include in your request
Provide your name, contact details, number of guests, preferred date and time, and the treatment or package you want. Select the branch shown for that service. If booking a couple package, state that both guests will receive the treatment together and mention any differences in massage pressure preferences.
Review the confirmation before your visit
Check the final service, duration, branch address, price and start time in the reply. The therapist preference on the form is optional and carries a stated 7% fee when selected. If your plans change, contact the same team as early as possible with your booking name and original appointment time so they can help check a new arrangement.
